Frame hole punch with guide mechanism (single handle) for 5-hole frames + eyelets

Designed for punching holes in the side bar of a frame and fitting an eyelet in each hole (inner diameter of the eyelets at least 2 mm). With this machine, the beekeeper can adjust the required height and size, as well as the required needle length (distance between needles - 54 mm). Suitable for all three frame types used in beekeeping.
The key feature of this model is that the hole-punching and eyelet-fitting operations can be carried out at the same time.

At the start of work, raise the lever (position №3) to the upper position and fit the eyelets onto the needles (position №2). Next, place the frame or a separate side bar, adjusting the adjustment screws (position №5) so that, after punching, the holes are parallel to the end face of the bar being punched. First press the lever, then return it to its original position. If an eyelet remains on the needle, repeat the operation. When working with a separate bar, set the adjustable stop located to the right of the needle bar (position №4).
Before using the machine, it is recommended to secure it to the work surface; fixing slots are provided in the base (position №1) for this purpose.
