Delivery and Shipping Terms || Order Dispatch
Thanks to our wide product range and sufficient stock levels in our warehouses, we can dispatch your order on the day it is placed. Orders received after 2:00 p.m. are usually dispatched on the next business day.
Payment by bank transfer does not affect dispatch times. We may dispatch your order without waiting for the funds to be credited; however, payment must be received within 24 hours. Otherwise, collection of the order from the carrier’s branch may be temporarily blocked.
Some beekeeping products are large and bulky. Delivery of such items may not be available to every carrier branch. Please take this into account when ordering honey extractors and other oversized products.
You may choose a convenient carrier for your order:
- Nova Post;
- Delivery;
- Meest;
- Ukrposhta;
- another carrier by prior arrangement.
Product Returns
If the product is not suitable for you, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and retain its original appearance, completeness, packaging and accompanying documents.
We always strive to accommodate beekeepers and help resolve unusual situations. For example, if an item for a 10-frame hive was ordered by mistake instead of one for a 12-frame hive, or if the wrong quantity was selected.
