Delivery
We dispatch orders with Nova Post and Ukrposhta every day except Sunday.
Confirmed orders for in-stock products placed before 15:30 Kyiv time are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 15:30 are dispatched on the next dispatch day. After 15:30 on Saturday and throughout Sunday, the next dispatch is on Monday.
Delivery within Ukraine is charged at the carrier’s rates. Available delivery methods and collection can be selected at checkout. Delivery with another carrier is available by prior arrangement.
Some beekeeping products are large and bulky. Delivery of such items may not be available to every carrier branch. Please take this into account when ordering honey extractors and other oversized products.
For international orders, delivery availability and cost are calculated at checkout.
Payment
Select your payment method at checkout. For orders within Ukraine, you can choose:
- payment on receipt;
- bank transfer.
Bank details and payment instructions are shown after you place your order. If you choose advance payment, please allow time for the funds to be credited when planning dispatch.
International orders are paid by bank transfer in euros. Bank details are shown after you place your order.
Returns and exchanges
If the product is not suitable for you, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and retain its original appearance, completeness, packaging and accompanying documents.
We always strive to accommodate beekeepers and help resolve unusual situations. For example, if an item for a 10-frame hive was ordered by mistake instead of one for a 12-frame hive, or if the wrong quantity was selected.
