Decrystalliser for liquefying honey in a 30-litre container
Honey Decrystalliser (30 L)
Honey crystallisation is a natural process in which honey gradually turns solid. The speed at which honey crystallises can vary and depends on the type of honey. Crystallised honey has one common drawback: it loses its attractive retail appearance, which can negatively affect the product price. Special devices — decrystallisers — are used to return honey to its original liquid form. With their help, honey decrystallisation takes 1–2 days. Using this device for liquefying honey, you can be confident that your honey will remain just as beneficial as it was before the process began. This is due to the operating principle of the device: the entire decrystallisation process takes place at a controlled temperature of 40°C. This temperature level is chosen for a reason: 40 degrees warms the honey effectively without damaging the micro-substances it contains.
The decrystalliser automatically maintains a constant temperature not exceeding 40°C. The average time required to liquefy honey using the decrystalliser is 24–48 hours.
