Round entrance disc for a nucleus hive (nuc), Ø 70 mm

Round entrance disc with a diameter of 7 cm. Used by beekeepers to regulate the size of the hive entrance in nucleus hives (nucs).

Attaches to the nucleus hive (nuc) through a special hole in the centre of the entrance. Has four functional positions. A major advantage is the built-in landing rims, so there is no need to nail on separate landing boards.

4 positions of the entrance disc:

1. Fully open;
2. Ventilation;
3. Restricted entrance;
4. Fully closed.
