Varomor OPTIMA smoke cannon

A modern device for effective control of varroosis in bees. It is used in beekeeping by fumigating bees with smoke, while the bees receive veterinary treatments through vaporisation. The operating principle is based on vaporising a solution of a specific active substance (amitraz, fluvalinate, Bipin, thymol, tau-fluvalinate, oxalic acid, etc.) with a suitable solvent (purified kerosene, 96% ethyl alcohol, water, etc.).

During vaporisation, vapours containing treatment substances irritate the bees and make them move intensively throughout the hive, which significantly increases the effectiveness of using the smoke cannon. Varomor has proved especially useful for owners of eco-apiaries. When using VAROMOR with clean, eco-friendly treatments (thymol, oxalic acid, etc.), it is possible to control Varroa mites effectively without using chemicals.

For commercial apiaries and beekeepers with a large number of hives, this is a real find. In just a few hours, a beekeeper can treat hundreds of hives while achieving a high-quality treatment.
