Hive Number Plates (Honeycomb, Numbers 1-100), Coloured Plastic
Numbering bee colonies is very useful for keeping records in the apiary. Each colony is assigned its own number. The numbers are fixed to the hives. When a bee colony is moved to another hive, the number assigned to it is also moved to the new hive. When keeping records in an apiary logbook or veterinary passport, beekeepers also need to maintain the numbering of all bee colonies. This helps monitor the condition of each colony individually. Ready-made plastic hive number plates are very convenient for this purpose.
The number plates are made from PVC plastic and have very good wear-resistant properties. They are not affected by external weather conditions such as rain, frost or direct sunlight.
Resistant to damage:
- do not rust,
- do not crack,
- do not rot
- do not fade in the sun
- the paint does not peel
Each plate has one number from 1 to 100 printed on it. There are 100 plates in the set in total. The plates come in various colours (red, green, blue) and are shaped like honeycomb cells (hexagons). Each plate also has nail marks. The plates can be removed and, if necessary, moved to other hives. The set of numbers is designed for 100 hives!
