This tool is made for cleaning plastic and wax cell cups after use with royal jelly. Its working end follows the shape of the cell cup, helping remove wax, propolis and royal jelly residue with a few circular turns. The cleaning scraper measures 25.5 x 10 mm.

Beekeepers use plastic and wax cell cups to collect royal jelly. During use, cell cups become clogged with propolis and wax, and cleaning them without a special tool can be quite difficult. Beekeepers often use boiling water to clean cell cups, but high water temperatures can damage the thin plastic they are made from, leaving many cell cups unusable and causing them to lose their shape. Special tools have been designed to make it easier to clean cell cups of wax and royal jelly. The cleaner precisely matches the shape of the cell cup, allowing it to be cleaned of wax and royal jelly with just a couple of movements.
This tool is very easy to use: simply place the working end into the cell cup and rotate it several times in a circle.
