The decrystallizer is used to warm crystallised honey and return it to its original state. When the device is used, almost all glucose crystals in the honey dissolve, which could otherwise become centres of crystallisation in the future. Honey that has been decrystallised is easy to pack.
After this procedure, the honey will remain free from crystallisation for a long time (the rate of subsequent crystallisation depends on: storage temperature - it crystallises fastest at 15 °C; the number of crystallisation centres; the chemical composition of the honey - glucose content).
The decrystallizer automatically maintains a constant temperature not above 40 ° C.
