Honey Decrystalliser for 10 L Plastic Container

Used for heating, warming, maintaining the temperature and viscosity of liquids, and for other thermal processes involving the heating of liquids in containers.

Freshly extracted honey is normally liquid, but during prolonged storage it quickly “sets” or crystallises. This causes it to thicken and harden. Honey liquefaction, or decrystallisation, is used to return honey to its original liquid state.

Recommendations for using the decrystalliser:

When using this device, maintain the temperature at up to +40 °C. Exceeding the specified temperature is strongly not recommended, as overheating honey in this way may cause it to lose its original flavor and all its beneficial properties.

Honey decrystallisation takes place in an even mode that is safe for the product. The gentle honey heater has a continuous heating surface, ensuring uniform warming while avoiding local overheating. The device is very economical to operate, as the heat flow is directed only towards the honey being warmed. This gentle warming helps ensure that all the beneficial and flavour properties of the honey are preserved.

With the decrystalliser, the beekeeper can return crystallised honey to its original state in just 24-48 hours. The liquefaction time depends on the type of honey.
