One of the conditions for successful honey sales is its appearance. Crystallised honey is certainly just as beneficial, but this can be difficult to explain to the customer. A decrystalliser is used to restore our honey to a saleable appearance. It warms the container holding the crystallised honey, bringing it to the optimum temperature of + 40 ° C.

Heating is carried out using infrared radiation, which spreads evenly across the entire surface of the honey and gently penetrates deeper, thereby increasing the speed and quality of warming. It is worth noting that after using the decrystalliser, the honey does not lose its beneficial properties; all the trace elements and vitamins contained in the honey retain their natural amount.

The decrystallizer automatically maintains a constant temperature not exceeding 40 °C.
