Operating procedure: Connect the device to the 220 V mains supply and switch on the button (the button should light up). Attach the lead with the crocodile clip to one end of the wire stretched across the frame. Attach the other lead with the other crocodile clip to the opposite end of the wire. Apply wax to the wire to check that it is heating. Then place the beeswax foundation onto the frame with the heated wire. If the sheet of beeswax foundation is flat and the frame is wired correctly, the foundation will be embedded.
