Automatic 6-frame honey extractor for "Dadant" frames. Reversible cages. Stainless steel (tank, rotor) with lid.
For stable continuous operation, the honey extractor requires a 24 V power supply. The honey extractor can be connected to a 200 V mains supply via a special current converter, which will provide 24 V at the output. You can use 2 car batteries connected in series. The batteries are sufficient for a full day of work. The motor in the honey extractor has a power rating of 300 W. The honey extractor has both a manual mode and automatic operating modes.
List of modes and their description
Manual mode: the permitted speed range in manual mode is 50-60 rpm. The operating time for this mode is 1-5 minutes.
As the viscosity of honey can vary, the number of revolutions should be set starting from medium values
Until the honey extractor has come to a complete stop, it is not permitted to change the direction of rotation of the rotor, as this may overload the geared motor and cause it to fail.
