Beekeeping fork for uncapping honeycombs

When uncapping honeycombs, beekeepers often use an uncapping knife, which easily and simply removes the cappings from frames. However, knives only work efficiently on more or less even combs; if a comb has an uneven surface, beekeepers turn to a beekeeping uncapping fork.

The fork has a very simple design. It consists of a body and curved tines fixed into it. Fork dimensions: 210x70x40 mm. Its compact size and light weight make it quick and easy to uncap the cell cappings.

One advantage of beekeeping forks is that no previous experience is needed to use them. Remember that uncapping honeycombs using only a fork will take quite a lot of time, so it should be used together with a knife.

The working surface of the fork is made of stainless steel; with proper care and use, it will serve you for many years.
