Decrystalliser for 200 L drum images
Heater-decrystalliser for large containers (drums), designed to maintain honey viscosity and protect it from freezing. Suitable for plastic and metal drums.
To restore honey to its original viscosity and remove crystals, it needs to be gently warmed. Special heaters — decrystallizers — are used for this purpose. It is very important that the honey is heated gradually and evenly. The decrystallizer automatically maintains a constant temperature not exceeding 40°C. Exceeding this temperature is highly undesirable, as the honey may lose the beneficial elements it contains.
The decrystalliser has an infrared heating element, which is insulated and placed inside flexible rubber mats. Thanks to the flexibility of the material, the decrystalliser is easy to fit around different containers (drums) and is convenient to use. The durable, moisture-resistant material ensures a long service life for the decrystalliser.
