Uncapping Table for Honeycomb Frames "AVV-100" images
The uncapping table is designed to simplify and speed up the preparation of honeycomb frames before honey extraction.
Using this type of table will make the entire honeycomb uncapping process much easier and more efficient. The unit consists of a tank and a basket, both made from stainless steel. The table design also includes a frame and a wooden crossbar with a pin. The table frame is made from profile tube. The uncapping table is sloped towards the drain tap. The basket is fitted near the end of the tank. The wooden crossbar with the pin, on which the frame is held during uncapping, is installed at the top of the table above the basket. The wax cappings cut off during uncapping are collected in the basket. Frames that are ready for honey extraction are hung in the tank, starting from the opposite end. Honey drains from the cut surfaces of the honeycomb frames and the cappings towards the tap. The tap is made from plastic.
