Bee drinker for a jar, Ø17 cm

Beekeepers should always provide drinkers in their apiaries, as bees need free access to water. This is an important part of setting up an apiary, because bees are not always able to find water on their own. Placing drinkers in the apiary makes it much easier for bees to access water.

Using the jar bee drinker:
The drinker is designed for use with a standard jar. Fill the jar with water, place the drinker on top, then turn the drinker and jar over with the jar opening facing down. The removable bridge float is set at a height that allows water to gradually flow from the jar into the drinker, while preventing bees from getting into the water and drowning. The drinker is completely safe for bees. It can be used with different jars, allowing you to choose the required water capacity. To prevent the water from heating up in the sun, the drinker should be placed in the shade.
