This mesh is very convenient for making ventilation openings. The mesh is made from quality galvanised wire with a thickness of 0.4 mm, woven to create 2.5x2.5 mm openings. Thanks to this weave, the mesh is also very useful for controlling mites. Once mites fall through the mesh openings, they cannot get back out. The mesh is also used to help protect against rodents and other pests in the apiary.
Thanks to the material it is made from, the mesh is very practical to use and easy to work with: it can be cut, bent and shaped in different ways. Despite this, the mesh is strong and long-lasting.
