Automatic 8-frame honey extractor for "Ruta" frames. Stainless steel. Reversible baskets

The power supply required for normal operation of the honey extractor is 24 V. The honey extractor can be connected to a 220 V mains supply via a special transformer, or powered by two car batteries connected in series. The honey extractor motor has a power output of 300 W. Depending on the settings selected on the control unit, you can use the honey extractor in either manual or automatic mode.

List of modes and their description

Manual mode

• In this mode, the permitted speed range is 50-160 rpm. Operating time in manual mode is 1-5 minutes.
• The rotation speed should be increased gradually, starting from medium values.
• Do not change the direction of rotor rotation until it has come to a complete stop, as doing so may damage the geared motor.
• If using a generator as the power source, connect an additional load into the circuit, such as a standard 150 W light bulb.

Automatic mode
automatic mode has 3 programmes that are factory pre-set.
First programme:

• Forward rotation - 80 rpm. Operating time 1.5 minutes
• Reverse rotation - 110 rpm. Operating time 1.5 minutes
• Forward rotation - 110 rpm. Operating time 1.5 minutes

Second programme:

• Forward rotation - 110 rpm. Operating time 2 minutes.
• Reverse rotation - 110 rpm. Operating time 2 minutes.

Third programme:

• Forward rotation - 130 rpm. Operating time 2.5 minutes.
• Reverse rotation - 130 rpm. Operating time 2.5 minutes.
