Stainless Steel Wax Melter (12 litres)
The wax melter has a very simple design and looks like a straightforward stainless steel tank. Inside the tank there is a basket where the raw material for processing is placed. Between the raw material basket and the body of the wax melter there is a space that must be filled with water. Once the water has been added, the wax melter is placed on any heating element, such as an electric hob, gas burner, etc. As the wax melter heats up, the water begins to evaporate. Under the action of the steam, the raw material in the basket starts to melt.
Detailed instructions
Before starting to process raw material in the wax melter, it should be prepared for use. First, the wax melter is rinsed with hot water. After rinsing, water is poured into the space between the body and the raw material basket. The amount of water required for the wax melter to operate is determined by the holes in the inner tank. Next, the wax melter basket is filled with raw material and placed inside the main tank, which is tightly closed with the lid. As the wax melter heats up, melted wax will begin to flow from the tap.
During operation, it is recommended to stir the contents of the basket to achieve the best processing result. Before opening the tank lid, reduce the heating intensity to lower the amount of steam released. After the first processing cycle is complete, remove the basket, clean out the wax residues, load a new batch of wax raw material and repeat the melting cycle.
