Numbered Opalith Tags 1-100 Poland (hexagonal)

Opalith tags are a convenient and reliable solution for identifying queen bees. They have a rounded, slightly convex shape with a diameter of approximately 3 mm, ensuring a close fit to the queen bee’s thorax and comfortable wear. Thanks to their compact size, the tags do not hinder the queen bee and stay securely on the body.

The tags are made from quality material, with clear numbering from 1 to 100. The bright colour and large, easy-to-read digits make it quick to find the marked queen bee in the hive. This numbering makes it easier to monitor lineage, productivity and records for each bee colony.

The tags are easy to attach using a special quick-drying adhesive. After attaching, it is recommended to keep the queen bee in a cage for a few minutes — during this time the adhesive smell dissipates and the tag fixes securely in place. This helps the marked queen bee to be accepted successfully into the colony and ensures long-lasting wear.
