PULSE RD1012M Belt Drive for Honey Extractor (12 V 100 W)

Application:
Installed on honey extractor models made by Melisa 93, as well as on all honey extractor variants where the rotor shaft exits through the crossbar.

Purpose:
The unit is designed for installation on tangential and radial honey extractors.

•  For tangential honey extractors from 2 to 6 Dadant frames, with a total load weight of no more than 24 kg 
•  For radial honey extractors, tank diameter limit: no more than 720 mm.

The electric drive is fitted to the rotor shaft of the honey extractor and provides rotor rotation in the range of 50 to 220 rpm, with honey extraction time set from 1 minute to 7 minutes. The motor is controlled by a modern high-frequency field-effect transistor. During operation, the control unit continuously monitors input voltage, consumption and the temperature of the main power components of the device, ensuring reliability and protection against failure of the device modules.

The drive is supplied with a technical passport, which contains detailed instructions for installation, connection and operation of the device.

A “Start / Stop” pedal can be connected to the drive via a special connector on the control panel. The pedal is not included in the delivery set.
