The wax melter has a very simple design and looks like a stainless steel tank. Inside, between the outer body and the container where the wax raw material is placed, there is a space into which water is poured. Once the wax melter has been filled with water, it is placed on any type of heat source: an open flame, electric hob, etc. During heating, the water begins to evaporate, melting the raw material loaded into the wax melter with steam.
Detailed use
Before using the wax melter, it is advisable to rinse it with hot water. After rinsing, water is poured into the space between the walls of the wax melter. The amount of water required for normal operation of the wax melter can be determined by the holes in the inner tank. Next, fill the wax melter basket with raw material and place it inside the tank, securely closing it with the lid. The wax melter is placed on any heat source, and a container for collecting wax is placed under the drain tap. As the wax melter heats up, melted wax will begin to flow from the tap.
To obtain the optimum amount of wax from the loaded raw material, stir the contents of the inner tank from time to time. Before stirring the raw material, reduce the intensity of the heat to reduce the amount of steam. After the first batch of raw material has been fully processed, remove the basket, clean out the rendered residue, load a new batch of raw material and repeat the cycle.
