Bipin 0.5 ml SKIF
Concentrated amitraz in ampoules for use in the apiary against varroosis in bees.
Bipin (amitraz) 0.5 ml. Skif, Ukraine
If you keep an apiary, you have almost certainly come across one of the most harmful bee pests: the Varroa mite. How can you tell that this damaging mite has reached your bees? Varroosis is very easy to spot, even if you are new to beekeeping. If you notice that your bees have become restless, or that bees with deformed wings, missing legs or other defects are flying near the hive, you should be alert. You may also see the mite itself on an adult bee, on a larva, or even on the bottom of the hive. We therefore recommend purchasing Bipin in advance. The active ingredient is amitraz.
Use and dosage of Bipin:
Bee treatment is recommended in two seasons: spring and autumn. To prepare the working solution, you will need 1l of warm water (30-35°C) and one ampoule of Bipin. Fully dissolve the Bipin liquid until a uniform milky colour appears. For treatment, take a syringe filled with the prepared solution and apply it into the spaces between the frames, treating the bees at a rate of 10 ml per seam of bees. It is recommended to carry out the treatment twice, with an interval of 5-7 days.
