Natural beeswax candles can be used for more than church services. A burning beeswax candle creates a pleasant atmosphere in the home, bringing a feeling of calm and comfort. Beeswax contains essential oils, resins and propolis. These substances are harmful to many unwanted microbes, which are abundant in flats.
Several centuries ago, a special numbering system for beeswax candles was introduced, using numbers from 6 to 140. This number indicates how many candles were made from one pound (400 g) of wax. The smaller the number, the thicker and heavier the candle.
The candle has a pleasant wax and honey aroma.
