“Phyto-Propolis” Elixir, 50 ml

Propolis extract is the main active ingredient in this therapeutic and preventive elixir. In dentistry, propolis and preparations based on it are used to disinfect the oral cavity and wounds after tooth extraction, to treat carious lesions, gum inflammation and periodontal disease, and also as a local analgesic. Propolis helps prevent bacteria that damage tooth enamel from attaching to the tooth surface.

In addition to propolis, the elixir contains extracts of ten medicinal herbs:

•     Bur-marigold is used in dentistry to relieve inflammation of the oral mucosa and reduce toothache.
•     Chamomile is used for gingivitis, bleeding gums and stomatitis. It has bactericidal, haemostatic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
•     Plantain is also used in dentistry. Its extract effectively relieves gum inflammation.
•     Calendula has wound-healing, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. In dentistry it is used to treat periodontitis, aphthae, gingivitis and stomatitis.
•     Valerian is known for its antioxidant and calming effect.
•     Peony extract contains phosphorus, calcium, lanthanum, silicon, manganese and fluorine. All these trace elements are necessary for building dentine and tooth enamel.
•     St John’s wort has long been used in traditional medicine to treat periodontitis, gingivitis, stomatitis and other oral diseases. It reduces pain and relieves inflammation.
•     Sage has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, so it is used for bleeding gums, ulcers, toothache, stomatitis and gingivitis.
•     Yarrow relieves inflammation in the oral cavity and is used for toothache.
•     Mint freshens breath and disinfects the oral cavity.

Preparing a mouth rinse: for adults, add 30-40 drops of the elixir to half a glass of warm water. Rinse the mouth 1-2 times a day.

Topical applications for toothache: dilute 5-10 drops of the elixir with 5 drops of water. Apply to a piece of cotton wool and place on the affected tooth.

Packaging: liquid, 50 ml in a glass bottle.
