"Rosinka" Pump Sprayer

Treating bees with preparations is an essential process in any apiary. Most preparations are dissolved in water in the required ratio before application, creating a so-called "working solution" used to treat hives and bees. For applying a solution to bees, it is best to use a fine mist sprayer, as sprayers of this type are especially well suited to the task. One of the most convenient sprayer designs is the "Rosinka" pump sprayer. It can be used with any plastic bottle up to 5 litres in volume.

The pump consists of a body, a handle for pumping air into the bottle, a button to start spraying, a jet regulator at the tip of the pump, and a thread for attaching it to the bottle. Once the working solution has been prepared in the bottle, the pump is fitted onto it and air is pumped into the bottle using the pump piston. It is then ready for spraying: press the button and a jet will come from the sprayer tip. The brass regulator allows you to adjust the strength of the jet and the spray pattern. With the regulator fully open, you get a maximum fine "mist" spray of water; with the regulator closed, you get a strong water jet.

The sprayer can be used not only for treating bees, but will also be useful around the home, garden, and more.
