Honey decrystalliser for 40 l plastic container
A special device designed for one purpose – honey decrystallisation. With its help, the beekeeper can return crystallised honey to its original liquid form in just 24–48 hours. The liquefying time depends on the type of honey.
The decrystalliser works by gently heating the honey across its entire surface, penetrating right to the centre of the container. The whole honey liquefying process takes place at a constant temperature of 40°C. This temperature is optimal for honey and does not have harmful effects that could lead to a loss of the beneficial substances contained in the honey. Another advantage of using a decrystalliser is that it restores honey to its original appearance. It is no secret that when choosing honey, the buyer first pays attention to how it looks. Honey that has gone through the decrystallisation process is easier to pack into different containers; doing this with crystallised honey is quite problematic.
