This sublimator-style attachment with a built-in temperature sensor is designed for use with a gas burner. The internal diameter of the attachment is 220 mm.

A simple and reliable design makes the device easy to assemble and maintain.
The corrosion-resistant boiler ensures even temperature distribution, monitored by a round sensor.
The lid of the attachment is made from PTFE, providing durability and resistance to high temperatures.
The construction material is galvanised steel, adding strength and corrosion resistance.

Instructions for use:
- Before starting work, the attachment must be fitted with a gas burner (burner not included).
- Heating the attachment: heat the sublimator to 200-250°C, then add measured amounts of oxalic acid crystals into the lids. It is important that the lid temperature is the same as that of the boiler.
- Always wear a respirator or gas mask, and where possible also safety goggles and protective clothing.
- Once the required temperature has been reached, reduce the flame to minimum.
- During operation, the sublimator should be held at an angle of more than 45 degrees.
- Insert the tube into the hive entrance. After a few seconds, oxalic acid vapour will begin to come out of the attachment. Hold the device in place for 30-40 seconds.
For each subsequent hive, measure out a new portion of oxalic acid and repeat the procedure.
Maintenance after use:
- Clean the boiler of any acid residue.
- Clean the lid for the acid.
- Clean the sublimator tube.
- Clean the flame inlet opening in the boiler.
Technical specifications:
- In one hour, you can treat 60-80 colonies.
- The average acid dose per 1 hive is 2.5 mg.
WARNING! Oxalic acid vapours produced during sublimation may be hazardous to health! Always use respiratory protection, goggles and gloves. Work should be carried out upwind. Care must be taken when using electrical devices. The device is recommended for use outdoors.
