Veterinary and Sanitary Apiary Passport (2021-2022 template)

Updated Veterinary and Sanitary Apiary Passport with appendix in accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Ministry for Development of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine dated 19 February 2021.

Well-cared-for bees are always more active and productive. For this, it is recommended to carry out regular hive inspections and record them in a special apiary passport with a convenient table-style appendix.

The updated passport has a larger A4 format, a colour cover made of thick paper, and pages made of white offset paper. The passport is also stitched, numbered and has a seal for the veterinary service stamp.
A sample for completion is provided on the first page.

The veterinary passport is an indispensable aid for the beekeeper when treating bees, especially in cases of recurring diseases.
 
This document is also highly important when selling an individual bee colony or an entire apiary.

•         Date and name of treatment and preventive measures carried out;
•         Number of bee colonies;
•         Veterinary and sanitary condition.
