Using the queen cell strip

For greater convenience when carrying out the work required to obtain royal jelly or rear queen bees, modern beekeepers use strips that are attached to a grafting bar.

The strip is single-row and designed for 20 queen cells. The cell cups are arranged on a thin plate 14.5 cm long and 1.9 cm wide. Cell cup diameter – 1.1 cm, depth – 1.2 cm.

The strip is easy to use, attaches easily to the grafting bar and is well accepted by bees.
