The Nicot system was developed by specialists in queen rearing, taking into account the biological needs known to modern bee science. During its existence, the French company Nicoplast has gained a leading position and recognition for its bee products. The company has been operating for more than 40 years (since 1973) and continuously improves and modernises the equipment and products it manufactures. Beekeeping products are produced under the Nicot™ trade mark.

All Nicot kits consist of components that can also be purchased separately. This is especially convenient for beekeepers buying a Nicot comb for the first time, as they can purchase all the necessary components as required.

Nicot System Kit "Nicot-50"

Nicot queen rearing system kits differ only in the quantity of components included in the set. The number in the kit name indicates the number of elements for one queen bee (cell cup holder + holder base + protective cage). The Nicot-20, Nicot-30, Nicot-50 and Nicot-100 kits differ only in the number of system elements. Therefore, the choice of kit should be based on your required number of queen bees. The Nicot "Nicot-50" system kit includes:

• Nicot comb (cassette, the main comb system of any Nicot kit) - 1 pc.
• Set of Nicot cell cups (the system has 110 holes for Nicot cell cups) - 110 pcs.
• Cell cup holders (for inserting the cell cup with larva) - 50 pcs.
• Holder base (fixed to the frame; the holder with the cell cup is fitted onto it) - 50 pcs.
• Protective cage ("hair-roller" cage for reliable isolation of the queen cell or queen bee) - 50 pcs.
• User instructions (supplied in French in the original) - 1 pc.

To extend the functionality of the system, we recommend taking a look at additional Nicot components (royal jelly strips, holders for them and spoons for collecting royal jelly).
