Ekovell Varroa Mite Strips (100 pcs)

Ekovell is a product for the treatment and prevention of varroosis in bees (for hives sized 430×300 cm). The product is used to combat the Varroa destructor mite. Strips impregnated with essential oils are placed in the brood area of the hive.

Directions for use: Secure the strips in the brood area of the hive. It is recommended to use one strip per 3–4 seams of bees. When interacting with the product, the bees instinctively try to remove the strips from the hive, helping to distribute the active substances evenly. The product can be used during the honey flow to help maintain colony strength.

Dosage:

— In hives with 8–10 brood frames — use 2 strips.

— In multi-storey hives — use 2 strips per box.

— It is recommended to place the strips between frames 3–4 and 7–8 until the first inspection.

Composition: Each strip contains essential oils of mint, eucalyptus, geranium, coriander, thyme, mountain bitter herb and pine needles.

Contraindications: Do not use at temperatures below +10 °C. Protective gloves are recommended.
