Tablevar is an effective prophylactic veterinary product in tablet form for treating varroosis in bees. Jar contains 20 tablets
Application rate: 1 tablet per 1 colony on 10 frames. Before starting the process, the beekeeper should seal the hive and place clean paper on the bottom (to monitor mite drop). Insert the Tablevar tablet into the hive entrance while it is smouldering. The smouldering process will visibly finish after 2-3 minutes, after which wait another 30 minutes, remove the ash residue and burn the paper with the mites.
If the bee colony is too heavily infested with mites, repeat treatment with the product is possible 7 days after the last application. When the recommended rates and method of use are followed, Tablevar has no harmful effect on bees, larvae or bee products. Honey obtained from colonies treated with the product can be used without special restrictions.
Ingredients:
Smoke guns and electric bee smokers can be used for treatment with “Tablevar”. In this case, the smouldering “Tablevar” tablet is inserted into the device, positioned in the directed airflow, and the outlet of the device is inserted into the hive entrance, directing the flow of active vapours into the entrance.
Storage conditions: “Tablevar” must be stored in a dark place, separately from food products, at a temperature from 0 °C to +20 °C.
“Tablevar” must be kept out of reach of children!
