Acacia Honey 270 g

Acacia honey is one of the most beneficial and highly valued varieties of honey. This type of honey is quite difficult to harvest, so production volumes of acacia honey do not allow it to be supplied in large batches. Bees can collect this honey from white and yellow acacia. Acacia is one of the first plants to flower in spring and offers the opportunity to obtain marketable honey. Depending on the type of acacia, the honey can vary in colour from light yellow to almost colourless. Acacia honey has a distinctive floral aroma and a very mild taste. This honey is not bitter and does not have the honey-like bitterness typical of some other varieties.

Acacia honey has one difference from other varieties: it does not crystallise as quickly as other honeys and can remain liquid for a year or more after being harvested from the hive.

This honey is rich in beneficial elements and has many health-giving properties. Most importantly, this honey is very tasty and wholesome.

Packed in a 200 ml glass jar (270 g of honey).
