Hive entrance feeder/drinker (0.5 L)
Most beekeepers at some point need to feed bees with syrup or simply provide them with access to water. This is especially difficult in cold weather, when there is a risk of chilling the bees and the brood inside the hive. In such cases, a vacuum feeder that can be used without opening the hive is particularly useful.

The feeder’s airtight design and extended spout provide access to the feed only inside the hive, more than 1 cm away from the feed container itself. This helps protect colonies from robber bees stealing feed.
The 0.5 litre capacity allows the feeder to be used for feeding bees before wintering and for stimulative feeding in spring and summer to encourage the queen bee to lay eggs.
Syrup or water is poured into the container, then the lid (base) is fitted starting from the spout until it is fully sealed. Feeders should be filled immediately before installation in the hive. When feeding with syrup or honey-water feed, be extremely careful not to spill any feed in order to avoid robbing. If feed is spilled, it should be washed away with water.
The translucent plastic makes it easy to monitor how quickly the bees are taking the feed and to top up supplies when needed.
