Jero uncapping knife 28 cm, double-sided sharpening (plastic handle)
The Jero knife is a unique knife produced by the Portuguese company Jero. Its uniqueness lies in the way the blade is sharpened. With one movement of the blade, the knife easily removes cappings from honey frames. By buying a Jero knife, the beekeeper can forget for good about the need to heat knives in hot water or use an electric uncapping knife.
The knife blade is made from stainless steel and has double-sided sharpening. The Jero knife also has another small but very important feature: a raised tip at the end of the blade. This was designed so that the knife does not catch on the cappings with its tip and does not get stuck in the comb. This improvement makes it possible to cut off all the cappings in one pass with the knife, without unnecessary inconvenience.
An original knife from Jero must always have the Jero Beekeeping logo with a bee image on the blade. When ordering the knife on our website, you can be confident in its quality, as our company handles direct supplies of Jero products in Ukraine.
