Bee pollen (pollen pellets), 100 g

Bee pollen contains amino acids that are not produced by the human body and must therefore be obtained from external sources, i.e. through food. Researchers have identified 27 trace elements in pollen (sodium, potassium, nickel, titanium, vanadium, chromium, phosphorus, zirconium, beryllium, zinc, tin, silver, magnesium, manganese, iron, copper, etc.). Pollen also contains vitamins, pantothenic and folic acid, enzymes, hormones, bioflavonoids and antioxidants.
