There is very little information in our literature on breeding bees at the genetic level. Nature never breeds perfect bees that meet all the requirements of the beekeeper.

Nature has left the fulfilment of this ideal to the beekeeper. The author of this book, Brother Adam, had 70 years of experience in beekeeping. He included first-hand knowledge of virtually all bee races in the book.

It will be useful not only for breeders; it contains a great deal of information that will benefit all beekeepers, from breeding theory through to brood diseases.
