No apiary can do without a bee smoker. Every beekeeper should understand what a bee smoker is and how to use it correctly.

The bee smoker is made entirely of stainless steel, including the metal fire cup for lighting. 

The construction of the bee smoker is very simple: it consists of a cylindrical body with a cone-shaped lid. A special metal cup is placed inside the smoker body, with a sieve-style base. The holes in the bottom of the cup allow ash to fall into the dedicated space between the cup and the smoker body. Materials that produce thick smoke while smouldering are placed in the cup.

This bee smoker model has a sheet-metal guard to help protect against burns, making the process of smoking bees safer.
